"Great Car and Salesman!" With out question Volvo cars are exceptional. Once you know it, drive it, appreciate it, you buy it. It's a simple decision. However, where you buy your Volvo is another decision. I went to Volvo Cars of the Palm Beaches where I worked with Andrew Bisaccia, Product Specialist. An exceptional gentleman that made my experience and decision to buy a Volvo a good one......easy and simple.

"Oil change on S60" Eric did a great job explaining the work that was going to be done my car. He was patient with all my questions. Tires are too expensive. You need to review your prices if you want your customers to buy from you. I would not mind paying a little extra but your price is way out of line. Waiting room, TV, coffee, snacks a nice touch. Made it easier to wait for the work to be done.

"Caring and Efficient" Chris really listened to what we wanted in a car. No hassling, haggling or pressure. It took some effort for him to find a car that satisfied all of our needs and desires. He promised us he could locate one, and he delivered. He was patient explaining all the complexities of the new car. It was a clean efficient deal. Kudos to Chris for making the chore of buying a new car so easy.

"Changed Perception" When you go into a car dealership, you expect to be run down by salesmen, and are prepared to fight for the price you want. The prices you see are the prices you get, and it was way below other dealerships I shopped. The staff was curtious, and pleasant, and responded promptly to my questions and concerns. My husband wasn't able to come see the vehicle, so they offered for me to test drive it to his office so he could assist with assessing the vehicle. "Great customer service" Joel and his manager were very professional. Made the buying process easy for me. Had gone to another Volvo dealer just before I went to them and had to walk out. The other dealership was not straight forward and seemed to treat me like I was stupid. So when my son suggested we tried this dealership I agreed. I was very impressed at the treatment of their customers.

"Extremely Professional" When I arrived at Volvo, Joel had shown me up to 5 different vehicles which he had retrieve from the garage on property. When none of those vehicles did it for me, Joel insisted he would find the vehicle I was looking for. In less than 24 hours, Joel had found the perfect vehicle for me and had it transferred to my location. The next day, I drove it off the lot. Thank you Joel!

"My new Volvo" It was a pleasure buying a Volvo from this team. Joel did a good job of explaining the features and benefits of the cars I looked at. His boss, Lou, the store manager was engaged and professional. Highly recommend you stop in before buying a Volvo anywhere else.
