"Joel was very helpful" I never approach buying a car lightly, especially if it's a used one. Joel Capaz was friendly, professional and not "pushy". After visiting a couple of other dealerships, I called Joel and told him I'm coming back to buy my Volvo from him.

"Alternator Replacement for Volvo XC-90" Excellent service. Dropped-off the vehicle via the night drop w/ short instructions. I was provided a comprehensive diagnosis and a timely estimate for the cost and expected duration of the service; was provided a discount for parts that were required to be replaced as a consequence of removing/re-installing the Alternator but not included in the original estimate; and was provided a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair. I wasn't the easiest customer when it came to choosing a color or deciding on the interior but he had the patience and experience to walk me through all the options.
