"Great professionalism." Greeting by Mark was exceptional. Expected typical 'hello, welcome, blah, blah' but he was enthusiastic, truly made me feel coming to the dealer for service was the right decision, listened to what was required, and moved forward. I expected the wait time to be much longer than the actual, in fact it was half the time expected. Explained the service and asked that I come back if any issues and the next time service was required. Very professional!

"Repair work" Sheila was very nice and very honest. When the workers suggest a timing belt since I had 176,000 miles on my car , she said that I had one at 100.000 and did not need one yet.

"Courteous service, as usual!" I never dread going to the dealer. Everyone is so professional. Waiting for the service to be completed is painless. The waiting area is well-stocked with hot drinks and snacks along with TV, Wi-Fi, the day's newspaper, and new magazines. Whenever I have my car serviced, I think of the time spent there as a comfortable break from busy-ness. To top it off, my car is delivered back to me washed and vacuumed.
