"Most enjoyable team!! " Today was the most up and down day I have had in a while. The team at this dealership is beyond incredible! Personally, I feel they mesh together so well they are able to pull off miracles. Chris was the nicest dude from out of the gate, very genuine and honest. I definitely would recommend him to all visitors. Pierre was where the magic happens and the GM is now my homie for life. MUCH LOVE FOR THIS TEAM!

"Leasing a new VOLVO...." My wife and I had a great experience with all of the staff at the dealership. The sales people were knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Joel C. was one of the nicest young men I have worked with. He worked very hard to make us happy with our final decision. Also I want to mention Lou M. who also was a great help to us. "I HAVE " JOINED THE FAMILY " ! {AGAIN) !" Joel Capaz was very sincere and I did not feel pressured to buy a car even though I left to consider his different offers after taking a lot of time with me and demonstrating and explaining all the different choices and including the test driving of them. "Pleasant Sales Experience" Dealing with Joel and General Sales Manager, Lou, were good interactions despite it being a holiday weekend (Memorial Day). They were straight forward interacting with us and we knew where the negotiations stood at all times. That is the pleasant end to the scenario. We originally came to the dealership to service our 2012 XC60 for 45K service and after the AC began to put out hot air and making 'noise' the previous Sunday. "EXCELLENT" Very professional ,Joel really knows the electronics of the XC 90 and very good at explaining in detail, and how to use( everything.) Joel spent a lot of time to show me all the vehicles in stock to make sure I knew what I was buying.
