"Volvo XC90 Purchase" I pre-ordered the 2016 Volvo XC90 and worked with Elliott Bates. Since the beginning Elliott has been very engaged in the process and always available to speak to, even on evenings. He properly managed my expectations regarding arrival dates for the car and delivered a very seamless, easy sales process. He has been very structured at following up with the purchase and helping in any way he can. His behavior fully aligns with the vision of premium service I expected from Volvo.
"service for my Volvo XC60" My experience with Marc Friedman in service was wonderful. He kept me updated and was very courteous. He explained everything to me and went out of his way to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
"STOP LIGHT OUT" The message came on my dashboard that the stop light was out, I drove to the delaership, which was very clean, the service was quick and friendly.
"Elliott made my purchase experience easy and pleasant" When I arrived, I told the salesperson what I was looking for. He told me he had two vehicles that met my requirements, and we spoke about price. Elliott gave me a fairly good price, but not quite as good as I wanted. I called him back the next day and told him that if he could meet my price, he would have a customer. "Volvo Service " Great service visit on my Volvo. Comfortable waiting area with TV and magazines. They have a kids area and Dunkin Donuts which my son loves.
"Sheila Shular is the best" We own three Volvos and go to the West Palm Beach Volvo dealership for all of service. Sheila Shular is by far the best and most helpful employee we have dealt with. For this reason alone I would recommend Schumacher Volvo in West Palm to anyone.
"Technician contact" Excellent contact between technician and customer..........would highly recommend this dealership and especially the technician which worked with me...........my time in the dealership was minimal which is what I liked
"New car purchase" Pleasant buying experience, no problems. Would recommend the salesperson Evangeline and the dealership without any hesitation, an all around pleasant experience and no pressure to add any extra items at the closing.
