"Sheila is Tops!" We already had a routine service scheduled for our S60 for the next day. That day, I noticed my XC60 had a slight fluid leak. Made a quick call, Sheila set me up to bring in at the same time. Both cars were ready within a couple hours and was greatful for the speedy repair to my leak! Sheila is a true professional and I always goes out of her way to make our visits at Schumacher Volvo as pleasant as possible.

He takes the time to discuss with me the issues I come in for, and investigate what are the most appropriate solutions. "First rate service" With no appointment, but a bad tire which cannot wait, the car was serviced while I waited. The work was performed in a timely manner.
"Sheila was great!" Sheila stayed in constant communication with me about the progress of the service. She was fully knowledgeable about the car, which made it much easier to discuss why the car was brought in for service. Much better service than I have received at other dealers!
