"Perfect service" I love this service department. There are never any surprises. I don't dread taking my car in for its yearly maintantence. Though, I do miss the free manicures.
"Machuga s60 service " I received EXCEPTIONAL care during my most recent service. Arnaud was on top of all the issues and keeping me informed as to progress. All was completed as he had laid out. Thank you.
"Routine maintenance " Went In for maintenance. Didn't have to wait long in waiting room. Very professional staff!! Car stayed over night and was given a great loaner !
"Volvo service" Arnauld great. Took car in for software update He greeted me in a minute after arriving. I got a loaner car. Arnauld was professional and courteous at all times
"Pleasant experience " Our sales representative, Richard Gardiner, was very pleasant, low key and very knowledgeable. The process was prompt and it entailed a conversation rather than a back and forth dickering over prices. I would return to the dealership and Richard for other purchases.
"Great service appointment" Sheila is a wonderful service tech. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Cole drove me to my office and picked me up when my car was ready. The entire experience was great!
"Very satisfied with the service department." Excellent service and was taken care of better than at the "other" luxury brands. Very clean facility and they offered donuts and coffee while you waited for the vehicle to be serviced.
"First Service Appointment" Smooth experience. The wait was a bit long but there is no other way around it if you want your car to be taken care of appropriately.
"Had to get a replacement electronic key for my Volvo" Dealership was set up so well. Coffee available and chairs comfy while I waited. Was so happy that the music wasn't so loud, and the TV wasn't loud as I wanted to read while waiting. Sheila was excellent at getting me scheduled and wanted to make sure everything was okay.
