"Great service appointment" Sheila is a wonderful service tech. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Cole drove me to my office and picked me up when my car was ready. The entire experience was great!
"Very satisfied with the service department." Excellent service and was taken care of better than at the "other" luxury brands. Very clean facility and they offered donuts and coffee while you waited for the vehicle to be serviced.
"First Service Appointment" Smooth experience. The wait was a bit long but there is no other way around it if you want your car to be taken care of appropriately.
"Had to get a replacement electronic key for my Volvo" Dealership was set up so well. Coffee available and chairs comfy while I waited. Was so happy that the music wasn't so loud, and the TV wasn't loud as I wanted to read while waiting. Sheila was excellent at getting me scheduled and wanted to make sure everything was okay.
"Don was quite patient and full of helpful advice" My wife and I shopped for our new Volvo for quite some time checking many different dealerships between Fort Lauderdale and our summer home in Minneapolis MN. "Stress free from start to finish" I already had an idea on which model I was interested in but was not sure on the trim/packages. I was greeted by Joel Capaz in the parking lot and he showed me the differences between a few models. "V70R exactly as advertised" I live up near Boston and flew down to purchase a V70R I saw on the internet. The process couldn't have been smoother. Wired the money and insurance information and the car was there ready and waiting with the temp plates. The car literally had a full tank of gas no less. I've left my name and number with Pablo, the sales manager, as I expect to be doing business with him in the near future. I have a daughter in college that will be needing a reliable car soon.
"Satellite Radio issue" Staff was tremendous, made appt. and they were waiting for me when I arrived. Fixed the problem in minutes and washed the car! Professional from top to bottom. My service rep. and tech were fantastic!
