"Ben was helpful, knowledgeable, answered all my questions When equipment arrived I was unable to immediately open and inspect it but when I did it appears to all be there with the exception of any documentation that might assist me with set up. That would have been helpful so that I did not have to call support to ask questions that probably would have been answered with proper documentation. I expect that when I call support later today that they will be just as helpful as Ben was when I placed the order."
