"There should be a cancel order or update order when I'm ready to "Place the order". I just found out that clicking the label on the top right corner (Go to my cart), I am able to delete items that I do not want. It takes a while to find that option. It would be nice if it's easily viewed near the "Place my order" button. Thank you."
"my credit card has pending charge, but your website stated it has been declined. my credit amount was more, but close to invoice dollar amount. I have tried again with one having a little more limit and it went through. It seems your payment processor is adding a hidden charge going to credit card. Please go through charges log and make sure I won't be double charged. Reverse the first pending charge."
