Unacceptable I have not received my product, and I also paid extra for shipping, and nobody will or can help me. This company has no phone number for customer service bad business just this email address Please what is going on.

We canceled this order and refunded the cardholder to prevent fraud. We are unable to talk to you about this order as we do not believe you to be the cardholder.
salesman sold me the wrong product. Had to send it back for credit and then dig back in my emails to order the correct one. This mistake lead to an insurance inspection failure, and thus I incurred a $500 re-inspection fee. Mistakes you made cost me money.
I asked questions of the product but never got a replay to them only a quote. Temperature issues, compatibility stuff like that.
Attempting to enter the billing address and CC information was cumbersome. I had to keep trying to see the whole page at the same time but it was very difficult to try to slide the page up and down. I had a hard time finding the final checkout button,
