I ordered on-line on a Saturday. I wanted to get my military discount but no one was answering the phones. A storm took out my existing camera and needed a replacement ASAP. I think work life balance is important. As such, I don't require employees to answer emails or perform customer service tasks while we are closed. I clicked on chat and was told I was number one in line with approximately four minute wait. I waited for about an hour and was still waiting. I walked away from my computer for several minutes and came back to message that I had timed out.

Unacceptable I have not received my product, and I also paid extra for shipping, and nobody will or can help me. This company has no phone number for customer service bad business just this email address Please what is going on.

We canceled this order and refunded the cardholder to prevent fraud. We are unable to talk to you about this order as we do not believe you to be the cardholder.
salesman sold me the wrong product. Had to send it back for credit and then dig back in my emails to order the correct one. This mistake lead to an insurance inspection failure, and thus I incurred a $500 re-inspection fee. Mistakes you made cost me money.
I asked questions of the product but never got a replay to them only a quote. Temperature issues, compatibility stuff like that.
