"Out of the 10 cameras I received only half of them activated without issue. The other half have had various issues that I am still working through. For some reason a few of them continue to come back with a "Device is locked" error. A few of the others were different passwords, some were 12345 and some were 12345scw. Very frustrating."
"(1)The link to info on setting up email alert notification actually pointed to info on setting up FTP file transfer. (2)Making changes to shopping cart did not provide a "Checkout" option. (3)Rx Error 503 Server Error and had to exit to Home screen then back into shopping cart/checkout."

"Cameras are great and setup is great. But... the boxes that were delivered were left for us to find next to our dumpster at the back of our building. There was no notification when and where the delivery was made, and that is a lot of expensive equipment to just leave out until we get there and find it."
