I found the experience to be a nightmare. For example, the Paladin 8.0 can be pole mounted. Does it need a mount box as well? You can't even find the pole mount under Paladin to see what it looks like, but you can order the mysterious item. The site does not let you know that you also need to order the mounting box. I started, I believe Thursday evening my time emailing for help, but no one responded. I guess SCW was closed for Easter from Thursday till Tuesday when I finally called from the Philippines to talk with someone.... read more
I've worked with SCW for a few years and they are the experts in security cameras. And it's they actually have a real person answer the phones and emails...
No follow up after receiving the quote. I eventually had to prompt to start the purchase and then it took a couple more days to get the link to purchase. Rep also stated there were some discounts but did not apply them nor reply back to my email asking about them.
you don't provide an MMC code so when I tried to charge to my company card I had issues and had to get the Controller to do an override to allow.
your (new) web site is absolutely terrible! Products detail wont load, every tab I click on says oops.... My experience has been terrible since Bonnie left. Will be looking for a new supplier. Web site said I was putting in wrong password. Tried to reset, they said they emailed a new link (3 times) never received it once.
I paid $300 more for the same equipment I purchased last week?
