I ordered on-line on a Saturday. I wanted to get my military discount but no one was answering the phones. A storm took out my existing camera and needed a replacement ASAP. I clicked on chat and was told I was number one in line with approximately four minute wait. I waited for about an hour and was still waiting. I walked away from my computer for several minutes and came back to message that I had timed out.
