Contacting Sean back in August was one of the best decisions my husband and I have ever made. We had just had a baby and were living in a small, out-dated condo that we rented. Having never owned a home before we had preconceived notions; like we didn’t have enough money for a down payment, property taxes would be too expensive to be worth it, we wouldn’t be able to afford a mortgage payment, etc., (all turned out not to be true). The Psaradelis Team is still the most hardworking and honest team to continue doing business with. We have now refinanced our mortgage three times with them. We wouldn’t continue using their service if they didn’t do the most amazing job. They are timely and extremely communicative. They utilize electronic technology to speed up the process of submitting paperwork and getting signatures. It makes the process almost effortless on our end.
