We have worked with them twice now in buying two homes. We could not be more pleased with their services and support. With houses selling as fast as they are - we were in a hurry to get a preapproval letter for an open house we were attending and we called Brian on a Saturday before the open house and he had our preapproval to us before we left! We had been approved through a bank. But, when it came time to write up an offer, we found that closing was going to take 45 days. Capstone said that they could do it in 30. They were able to approve us quickly and we were able to present a more desirable offer with the shorter time to closing. Thanks to Sean and his team at Capstone, our offer was chosen and we bought the house,
