Sean and team are outstanding. We used them for our first purchase in Seattle, and then even used them when we moved to California. They were 1 of 3 brokers we were considering, here's what made us choose them: 1. Sean and his team were excellent to work with and the process of submitting paperwork could not be easier. Anytime I was on the phone with anyone from Capstone it really felt like they were personally vested in making sure I got the best rate and making sure that the purchase limit was realistic and within our monthly budget. They were very open and clear about the costs associated with certain rates and made it easy to understand the terminology used. Best of all they were fast enough that we could close early!

First time ecstatic homebuyer! I am taping the last box and looking around at the last rental and it is still surreal. This team has been amazing from start to finish in this process. Answering all my questions and got the process done quick and efficiently but also with phone calls and texts throughout the whole process. Sean is by far the best we have ever worked with over the years. We have worked with him twice and will never work with anyone else in the future for home loans or refinancing. He made sure to check in with us regularly and ensured the entire went as smoothly as possible. Buying a home is a scary step and Sean makes it so much easier, and even a little fun.
