We are very happy to have gone with Sean and his team. They are so easy to work with, and they listen. I had started a refinance elsewhere, but they did not listen to me. I felt like I was in a machine, so I dropped them. I have complete confidence in their skills and knowledge. I don't know that we'll ever refinance again, because I cannot imagine a lower rate. But if we do, I'll be back.

Sean made everything simple and the home purchase went according to plan. Prompt, straightforward service. ALWAYS there then I needed him. While I regularly threw a curve ball, Sean stayed as cool as a cucumber.

Sean, Brian and the whole Capstone team were hands down, the best Loan/mortgage team I have ever worked with. Working with Sean was fantastic! My husband and I had been referred to a different lender before Sean and they took almost a month to get us preapproved.
