Luxury they are not, but Sign entering the complex says luxury, however cheap plastic toilet seats, faucets that are corroded, old refrigerator that defrosts and leaks all over the place, cheap paint that wipes away when you wipe dirt off the wall, etc...is by far luxury. BUT it is very quite, very safe, beautiful pond, nice pool, clean laundry facility and very, very strict. The office staff are tough, but honestly without them this complex would not be what it is. The location is the best in Myrtle Beach.

rent I have a very nice apartment but it is getting to be too much to afford. The price goes up every year and pretty soon it will exceed them money I receive monthly. To get free rent for life would be great.
