Ordered 6 crepe myrtles, 1 was broken down to the dirt and 2 were dead - just bare branches. This delivery took 6 weeks. I emailed them numerous times about the length of time for the delivery and have written twice about the problems with the delivery but have heard nothing. Customer relations are horrible!
Order sat for a full 7 days prior to being shipped. You created the label, then did not ship the item for 7 days. I have tried to contact you directly 4 times now, but have received no reply. Unacceptable. I request that you refund my shipping fee of $35. Order #SW92994
stop sending me trees that have been cut down to Nubs that die with in 2 weeks.

Placed an order and never got it. No receipt was provided and of course no tracking because it didn't ship. Tried to call - no answer Tried to send inquiry but it came back saying "mailbox full" Filed a complaint with BBB and.....surprise, items showed up by 3 day shipment!
Horrendous experience. First time buyer, will never try again. I'll stick with Seed Super Store. Order SW66xxx placed 5/30/20 for 50 pounds of seed and 2 x fungicide, about $500 total. Bad experience paid for express shipping products never showed up!!! They said they were lost in transit and would not offer to overnight them too me!!
I ordered seeds in May . haven't received anything. I send a couple of emails to the support no one replies back.
