They are 2 for 2 on my orders. First order didn’t include my clover seed, which ironically was the first seed needed to go in the ground out of my whole purchase. One of the seed bags was completely busted open due to a poor seal on the bag. Second order that I trusted them with, took a week to even get off the shipping ramp. That order too included a bag busted wide open. Luckily it was a large seed that was easier to collect back into a proper container. Deer Creek Seed Company from here!
Ordered pesticides on 7/28, it is now 8/8 and they still haven't shipped. This is now costing me a double purchase as I cannot wait longer to treat the farm. Almost 400 in products.
The pint of Surfactant had leaked out. Apparently it was a concern during packing because they had black taped the cap. Should had shipped a bottle that was not leaking previously. Tried calling, however no response! Very disappointed and dissatisfied!!!!
Erroneous tracking numbers, serious delays in communications, no one answers phone calls, I was sent the wrong product and the product sent was worth half what I'm charged, Customer Service seems very reluctant to address the problem. I would avoid Seed World USA.
If you are going to send a different brand of product from your picture and description you should send a email asking if it is ok. I would of never ordered it I should of ordered it all from Amazon
I purchased guava tree and it broken a brach ,the tree was up side down .They didn’t pack probably.Shipping delayed over two weeks
Ordered 6 crepe myrtles, 1 was broken down to the dirt and 2 were dead - just bare branches. This delivery took 6 weeks. I emailed them numerous times about the length of time for the delivery and have written twice about the problems with the delivery but have heard nothing. Customer relations are horrible!
Order sat for a full 7 days prior to being shipped. You created the label, then did not ship the item for 7 days. I have tried to contact you directly 4 times now, but have received no reply. Unacceptable. I request that you refund my shipping fee of $35. Order #SW92994
stop sending me trees that have been cut down to Nubs that die with in 2 weeks.
