Bobby Booshae Morgan, our salesman, was the best part of our lease experience at David Maus Toyota. He was very thorough and considerate of our needs throughout the negotiation process. Our only negative came when related to the actual finance part. Nobody disclosed to us that our $330 payment was going to actually be closer to $360, due to over $25 in sales tax each month. The experience was one that we have never experienced before in any car dealership. From the moment we drove on the lot to the time we drove off with our new car we felt like family. We would highly recommend for everyone to visit David Maus Toyota.
From the moment I walked in, I felt surrounded by outstanding customer service. Everyone was friendly and courteous, without being facetious. Throughout the process of arbitrating a sale, they were patient, informative, helpful and flexible. I highly recommend this dealership.

John kept with me and we were finally able to reach a mutual "good deal". This is the third vehicle I will purchase from this dealership. Service Dept is the best I have had and requires me to commit most of a day to stay with them. THEY ARE WORTH THE TIME. Sorry that they lost Eric K from service. Trusted him completely for both of our current vehicles. Had good experience since but still miss Eric. As far as new vehicle John and Brain have been great and understanding.
From the moment Chris greeted us on the lot until the moment I pulled out in my new Murasaki Purple Scion XB, this was an exemplary experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming and efficient. The showroom was airy and comfortable. We really felt like VIP's the whole time we were there.
We were excited after ordering a new 2010 Scion XD from David Maus Toyota/Scion in Sanford, Florida, but we became concerned after reading some comments here. We had done a lot of research about the cars before we went. We had gotten pre approved for financing and even received advise from our credit union who recommended David Maus Toyota. After reading the reviews everyone else placed, it is difficult to believe we went to the same location. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
2 hours for an oil change is a bit much. I'm not sure at this time if I will continue to have services completed moving forward
