All good except the finance guy. Tried a bait and switch Was not happy with him at all.

I paid a huge amount for service but I got a broken windshield and when it was replaced now in replacing the windshield it messed up with my wipers and they are not working. The big problem is the customer service attitude to blame customers for not servicing the vehicle properly. This is not my first service with you guys but the way it is going this will be the last one for sure.

Waited for tech to sign me in for an oil change for 15 minutes. Understand they were busy. Then he told me up to 2 hours for the oil change! My time is valuable and should have rescheduled but I stayed🤦♀️. Appointment for 11. I walked out at 2:45. If you write a check to avoid 3% card fee, you wait while they run the check to be sure it clears your bank.

I dropped my car off last Monday and Armani contacted me later that day and informed me that parts would have to be ordered for my car. Tuesday I was told that incorrect part was ordered and car would need to remain another night but should be ready next day. I waited for majority of day and didn't hear from Armani. I texted and called and left voicemail no answer. He was off and I was not aware and my car was not repaired.

My car died 1 mile from dealership & they didn't have tow truck or any way to get my car to dealership. Wouldn't even come with a vehicle to jump start mine.
