Customer service is non existent. They don’t see you as a customer but see you as just more work and ignore you until you raise it as an issue. Noone welcomes you and noone gives you any idea of how long you have to wait. Very rude employees.

Everything was great except the 3% extra chg for using the same credit card I had used at the same location under 3 different names

See above messages Customer service is lacking. Was told a time frame and exceeded that, had to pry to look at a car that the salesman didn't want to bring out

It wasn't what I expected It wasn't what they offered me when I bought the vehicle
I purchased a used 4x4 and it needed brakes, three days after purchase, I had to replace them and Leesburg and DeLand dealership was cheaper for pads than where I bought the truck, Manager very very rude, watch your kid! The receptionist kept trying to give me somebody’s kid. I kept telling her I don’t have a kid.??? Buyer Beware , and I never got the mats they took out of my car when they detailed it or so they say they detailed it they also said it was certified, but my brake light didn’t work or the turning signal go figu... read more

I made an appointment and then arrived to be told I would have up to a 2 hour wait for an oil change. I was also approached by multiple sales people in person, by text, and by phone that day to try to get me to trade in my car. I just wanted an oil change, and I was put into an uncomfortable situation of being sold. I'll just go to the drive through oil change center next time that gets my work complete within 15 minutes without an appointment.
