Every time I come to the dealership, I have Armani as my service advisor. He always goes out of his way to make sure that I am taking care of in a timely manner, and that all of my issues are also taken care of. He answers every phone call when I call him every question and just gets me taken care of and on the road. I appreciate him 100% for the dedication that he gives to all of his customers and to the Toyota dealership itself, Jerome the service manager is probably one of the best service managers I've ever dealt with. They started working on my car right away, they finished when they said they would, and they brought my rinsed off car out to me very soon thereafter. It was a very good experience.

Yesterday I got a nail in my tire and Seminole Toyota took the car in immediately. The tire could not be repaired so we purchased 2 new tires. Cain Johnson was there to help us and we had the car back within 45 minutes.

Nathan was great! Note: One of the worst Service Managers was Glenn Nidhan. He was my service manager on 10/7/2025. I had my tailgate fixed.

Listened to my CVT concerns. The mechanic had me take him along on a test drive. Good coordination to give great service and The Assistance Service Manager ran my SUV through the car wash.
