The service was, as always, excellent. Making an appointment for the service was APPALLING. So much I wrote the CEO of Toyota in Texas and have received a phone call in return, promising to follow-up on my complaint and attempt to fix the DISASTROUS badly programmed AI system currently in place.

The car was served well. That we liked. We waited in the lounge: we were told that the estimated time to complete the work was 1.5 to 2 hours, but it took nearly 4 fours. - that we did not like.
