Service was efficient and completed as promised. Imposing a surcharge for paying by credit card was new and continued the trend of diminished customer concern. When I began getting my car serviced here, they would take a customer to work or home if their car was being serviced, and pick the customer up when the work was finished and provided a complimentary car wash. When the dealership was sold, these amenities began disappearing. Very little now distinguishes Seminole Toyota from other dealerships. That's a shame.
