My service visit was a scheduled maintance visit. I booked a 7am appointment due another appouintment I had scheduled at 9am. In addition to the maintance visit I had a recall for the bumper on my Highlander. I let my service advisor know I needed to be out in time tomake my meeting and if they couldn't do both I would have to return for the recall work. He said no problem they could do both. In addition he advised there was a second recall which they addressed. All was good and They got me out in time. Very positive experie... read more

Everyone, especially my service ADVISOR Glynn were very helpful, and nice. My BIG complaint is that I can't use my credit card to pay.
