This service was a simple matter that had been a long time coming. When purchased, the car included a backordered 2nd key fob. While initially promised within 6-8 weeks due to supply chain issues, 8 months had passed before the necessary part was in stock. On the service day, I was greeted promptly and on time by my advisor. The work was performed in a reasonable time frame, and the dealership had a nicely appointed customer lounge.
