Immediate & superb support by Cain despite initial on-site rep telling me I had to set up an appointment when I arrived to pick up the replacement key. Key was ordered during routine maintenance in Dec and dealership rep called in Jan advising key was available for pick-up - no mention of appointment being needed. Cain ignored the administrivia, asked if I had a new minutes to wait while the key was cut, and took care of it. Well done!

Seminole Toyota has the best Service Manager ( Jerome Lewis ) and the Best Service Advisor ( Glen Nidham ). These two professionals are the only reason i take all 3 of my vehicles to Seminole Toyota. These two gentlemen are amazing to work with!
