Even though slammed on a Saturday, my service tech, Christian, got me in exactly on time. Everything was fully explained and all work was excellent.
I like the courtesy of the workers there. They are very professional. The waiting rooms for the customers are clean and comfortable. I appreciate the explanations given concerning the work that needs to be done on my car. They always seem to go the "extra mile" to help and explain. Thank so much!!

Multi-point safety inspection found two issues to address in addition to scheduled oil change & tire rotation. Text message notification of these two issues allowed approval of work without Service Advisor walking down to waiting areas to locate me for approval process.
The workers are friendly. Nathan is very good at doing his job .
Once again, I want to praise Jimmy, my service advisor, for keeping me informed every step of the way. Although the work on my vehicle wasn't completed as scheduled, Jimmy made sure I was taken care of and had a rental vehicle ready. His communication and professionalism continue to set him apart. He's the reason I keep coming back!
