Shawn was able to get us approved for a conventional loan . Instead of an fha loan. Which came a complete surprise. As other lenders told us we didn't or could not get one.

Shawn is great to work with. He seems to always be on the clock and very responsive to any questions or concerns. Just someone that does their job well, which is hard to come by now-a-days. We had a very complex purchase situation and he walked us through every step.

Shawn was in incredibly responsive while also being supportive and very easy to work with. He was quick to answer any questions and was very transparent throughout the entire process.
