The service was great. I was told it would be an hour and it was only 15 minutes over. They fixed the problem with my interior dome light without cost. They even gave my vehicle a much needed bath. The service person I first connected with was pleasant and efficient.
I brought my kia soul in for an oil change. The service advisor was extremely helpful in advising of a possible recall. My car was ready before promised, was washed waiting for me in the service bay and I appreciate not having to look for it in the lot outside in weather conditions. Thank you so much for you excellent customer service!!! I was assisted by Valerie.
As usual the service department is awesome. They do what needs to be done, let's you know what additional things need to be done with a time frame. Chris is usually my advisor. He keeps me fully informed and is great to deal with. The service I receive here makes me always look at kia vehicles as my first choice.
