Everything was done in a timely matter...
Friendly greeting when I arrived. Had paperwork ready and asked if I needed a ride anywhere while the car was being serviced. Same great service when I came to pick up the car. And it was finished within the time quoted to me.

I am pleased to give a favourable rating to Colton Fortier in Parts and Christopher Steel in Service. They helped me resolve a problem when I purchased a car from another dealership but the other dealership failed to provide a second smart key. Colton went out of his way to locate one in Edmonton, pick it up and provide it to the Sherwood Kia service department while I waited. Christopher kept updating on the progress of programming the key and getting my car back me. Outstanding!

Typical-Outstanding! Treated very well by Chris, Tanya and your other staff. Received helpful timely and accurate information re the tires and installation of the tires. The retorque was completed quickly along with a carwash. Tha car passed the weather driving tests on Friday& Saturday with fl!ing colours. Thanks and K.U.T.G.W ( Keep Up The Great Work!)
