Always great service
Very professionals and nice employees.
Service was good and work completed in the time quoted on arrival. Was exceptionally happy to receive the complimentary car wash - and everything looked great.
Service was very good and timely. Service person was very helpful.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Only concern is that there was a lack of communication between sales rep, sales manager and service area. Went there after work a few times and no-one seemed to know what I was there for.
service was great. did not have to wait long to get checked in. Did not need my car that day so left it and got a call when it was done. Shuttle came and picked me up.
Work done on service 2 seemed to be well executed. I did notice however that morale among staff appeared to be "low". On my first visit, the opposite was true where everyone worked as a team and appeared to all be working very well together. In my second visit, this past week, I was kept waiting in the longue area while my vehicle sat outside for approximately 30 minutes or more. Meagan Woods promptly entered my service for that day along with an estimate. She later updated me about a problem the service tech discovered and then said she had to order a part and will call to re-schedule. As usual, she handled everything professionally and always demonstrates a vast knowledge of everything related to the Kia Service Department.
