Stopped by as the check engine light on. Service advisor (Meagan)did a scan with nothing indicated. She knew that low batteries can cause the engine light to come on, and then turned on the engine and noticed a hesitation to start. She suggested that they check the battery, which I agreed to. The battery test indicated the battery should be replaced. She checked my service history and determined the battery had never been replaced (8 years old). They replaced the battery and I was on my way in 2 hours.

Was well supported by Service Advisor Christopher Steele. We shared communications (in person, by phone, and emails with detailed attachments) which helped expedite the exact maintenance and repair options I wanted done.
Very good experience
They were able to get me in without an appointment. Unfortunately the tire had to be ordered in so my car had an overnighter. Chris kept me unto date and I appreciated his going the extra mile. My only complaint though is I was told that they no longer provide a dummy tire and as I found out that can be detrimental if you are needing a change as the existing tire is slashed. Might want to rethink not having dummy tires. Elizabeth
Took my Kia Soul for service #2. I was a bit early but they were able to take me right away. They said it would take 1.5 to 2hrs, it ended up being closer to the 2 hr mark. They have a nice waiting area with a tv with premium channels, there is also a hot beverage maker I took advantage of.
