As per previous experience, this last visit was excellent.on arrival, the greeting was pleasant and behaviors were very proffessional. I elected to remain at the dealership while my servicing was done. All staff i encountered were friendly and helpful. The work was done in a timely manner as promised. Over all another positive experience.Â
I had such a great experience at sherwood Kia. I think both Scott and Kim are great managers and you are lucky to have people like that working there. Sherwood Kia is the furthest dealer from me but I love supporting people who value customer service and know how to treat people right. When I walk into Sherwood Kia I dont just feel like a number or a potential sale like I do at most other dealerships. Thank you very much for the great car buying experience. Was a good experience and all the current recalls were done. However, my only concern would be if undercoating/anti corrosion is applied, to be aware of overspray that occurs on rims and clean up before returning to the customer. All my rims were oversprayed and I had to spend the time to remove the rims and clean them up.Â
