Prompt and friendly service and both vehicles ready at the times quoted.
Service team member that I dealt with was very pleasant & helpful. Just wish when I am paying service bills that Kia people would remind me about presenting my kia card.
We took our forte in for a recall and our experience was very smooth. Our vehicle was ready within 2 hours and my wife used a shuttle service to take her to her morning appointment. Technicians also checked over our vehicle and informed us about further required maintenance.
Service work was done as described and priced as estimated. Meagan Woods and Christopher Steele were both extremely helpful.

Recall on our Forte, dropped it off at 1230 and was supposed to be ready but 430. Was finished at 5, seemed very busy that day
The service department always provides great service. The process from booking the appointment to pickup is smooth. There is great communication by the service representatives so there are never any surprises.
All of the staff members at Sherwood Kia are fantastic and always very accommodating. From sales to service my experiences have always been a positive one. Thank you John, Justin, Alex and Jennifer!!
Usual Good service overall. Prompt shuttle service after dropping off vehicle but had to have a friend drive me back to pick up my vehicle because the wait for the return shuttle was going to be too long as he was extremely busy.
