Sherwood Park Kia staff were helpful, patient with my questions, and very thorough. I was unsure as to whether or not warranty would cover the issues I was having, but they talked me through the process and made sure to follow up with phone calls to keep me updated on what to expect, and what the outcome was. Ultimately, my extended warranty paid for itself. good communication in relation to service requirements and a really good shuttle service
Work was done professionally and in a timely manner. The service rep explained what was to be done on arrival as well as after the work was completed. He valued customers time and offerred courtesy transportation. Work was completed ahead of schedule and contact (phone and text) was made to let us know. Customer lounge was very clean and comfortable
