When I took my vehicle in for an oil change it was very easy. I just drove up to the Sherwood Park location and drove right in to their vehicle drop off bay and they took care of the rest. They did a vehicle search to check for any recalls or upgrades that needed to be done . I got myself a hot chocolate using their hot beverage machine then waited in their customer waiting area which has a large screen TV , newspapers and free wi-first. My vehicle was ready in about an hour .

Friendly greeting when I arrived. Had paperwork ready and asked if I needed a ride anywhere while the car was being serviced. Same great service when I came to pick up the car. And it was finished within the time quoted to me.
