I was thinking about trading in my Ford 150 Truck but hadn't taken any action when I rec'd a "cold call" from Dawn. Her phone call started the process of trading in my truck and returning to owning a Kia Soul. Dawn was very kind and understandig as the process was slowed down due me contracting pneumonia. In the end Dawn fitted me with a lovely new Kia Soul. I so enjoy driving it.Â
