Once again staff went above and beyond. I bought my car in September and got a remote start installed. For the seco d time I've had issues with it. For the second time they picked my car up from my work, fixed it and brought it back. Thanks guys!

I was thinking about trading in my Ford 150 Truck but hadn't taken any action when I rec'd a "cold call" from Dawn. Her phone call started the process of trading in my truck and returning to owning a Kia Soul. Dawn was very kind and understandig as the process was slowed down due me contracting pneumonia. In the end Dawn fitted me with a lovely new Kia Soul. I so enjoy driving it.
