Cal Dalgleish Please please please do not deal with this dealership. We purchased a 2022 sorrento. It has 40k and has been in the shop at least 15 times and nothing works. The 2022 Dodge Ram has so many body damages. It didn’t show on the pictures but the pictures I was given only showed the passenger side, the front and interior. It looked sooo nice but once the truck was delivered and I seen the vehicle, the drivers side of the vehicle has so many paint damages. It’s so ugly. I get embarrassed driving it… I can’t say I have a 2022 dodge ram truck and be happy.. I’m too embarrassed to drive it around and I don’t bother telling anybody about the truck. I started out with one problem that was quoted about 1200 -1300. Then it turned into double that. Not happy with the " problems" reported.

Gotta change that 5 star review. They put a ton of pressure on you to leave a 5 star review after you deal with them, which makes sense considering how quickly my experience went from 5 to 1 stars. Purchased a 2021 Hyundai Venue 2 months ago, it's still on the tank of gas it came with because I work from home. The suspension started squeaking like mad last week. STAY AWAY!!!   Well…..this is now my third review on this garbage dealership. Not only is their service department complete garbage, the finance manager Manny is quite possible one of the biggest liars I’ve ever met. He sold us a used VW Tiguan with the promise….PROMISE…that it would be worth what we paid a year later to trade it in; well we just went to trade it in and the vehicle depreciated by $15,000. I booked an appointment for oil change, and vehicle has some recalls that needs to be done, appointment is for 11 am, so i drove 2hrs to make it by 11am, when i got there i told them not to do the oil change because ive done it day before, they told me it will take half day and vehicle would be done end of the day, because im 2hrs away, ill have to wait around, went to costco bought some stuff, then went back to dealership, hang around, went outside for fresh air, then i saw my vehicle parked the at lot, it was around 1:30... read more

The work took way too long and they charged me for stuff that was under warranty. And then it took a long time to get a refund.

First of all the advisor did not ask my name to check against his list. He assumed that I just drove off the street to have my car checked, which is possible but not in this case. He asked how he can help to which I told him about the 2 recalls I was there about. He proceeded to make an appointment when I would have to return.
