The worst experience in 55 years. The car smells like a cigarette The motor light came on and a mechanic told me not to drive due to the fan running hot and blowing the motor. No offer to fix the vehicle but only to take on more debt in another vehicle. I am 70 years old in remission for Cancer. Now have no way to treatment for back issues. They don't seem to realize what they have done..All my fault I should be happy they got me approved.

My experience was not good at all! I took my vehicle in to get them to check the plastic bumper underneath which is falling right off the vehicle! They will not fix it because they said someone else was working on it and lots of hardware was missing’ Sherwood Kia was the last one to work on my vehicle! I will not deal with Kia anymore !

Bought a jeep from them. Great vehicle but as it was .idle of winter never tried the air conditioning... whe it got warm found it didn't work and they refused to fix it. Not happy with them.

First off spell our names correctly. Secondly no service was performed as the vehicle was dropped off at 8:00 a.m.and came back to pick up at 3:30 p.m. Simple oil change and couldn't be done in that time. Won't be coming back.

Visited the service department with a family member. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Service Manager and service team member Sheldon were rude and unprofessional. Why anyone would buy a vehicle from this location is beyond me.

If I could give zero, I would. I bought a 2020 van from them used back in June, and my experience has been a nightmare ever since. They had a number of things that needed to be addressed, the chipping paint by both sliding doors, undercoating protection done, fixing a clunk sound in the front end and a complete detailing of the vehicle. Not satisfied with service. Had some questions that were not answered, asked for assistance regarding navigating system was told that tech is not available, asked why the gas mileage has dropped from 750 KM on full tank of gas when I purchased the veh July 2021 to now only 674 on full tank of fuel. Was told not to pay any attention to that as it happens. I asked to have the throttle checked incase it was dirty. Again it was brushed off. Service manager,Tanya, is so rude and condescending. New person working in parts and asked Tanya for quidance. She responded with great distain. Wouldn't be surprised to see her quit. Tanya is not an asset to Kia.
