Had some extras installed on my vehicle. Was not told to bring in all my FOBs, the advisor looked at me as if to shame me for not knowing that. Wasn't told what to do for drop off and pick up so a lot of back and forth. When I went to pick up my vehicle again walking back and forth but the advisor was just sitting there knowing I had to see her. My experience buying the car was fantastic but the service part of the experience was poor in comparison.
The salesman saw too pushy and wore too much cologne. As I and many other people get headaches or worse reactions from strong perfumes and colognes, I would suggest exploring a scentless workplace policy. Sales manager on Saturday was polite and professional.

I am not michael. This is the third email I have received that is addressed to michael. Yes, I bought a kia in 2016 from Sherwood Kia but I have not brught it in to be serviced there. I had to call in last year to get my email removed from someone else's service account because I was getting the same emails addressed to other people. Please update your records! - unhappy customer
I came in to have my oil changed and a check done on my brakes plus a code check. I have life time free oil changes and they wouldn’t honour my oil change because it wasn’t a maintenance 3 check which doesn’t make sense to me so I had to pay for it which really disappointed me. So does this mean I don’t have lifetime oil changes anymore?
I has an appointment at 12:30 did not get my car back till 2:30. Everyone one knows it doesn't take two hours to change tires. Not sure why we arrange an appointment. The service is way to slow. I was told that everyone went on lunch at the same time, poor management. I will not be returning. Gaylene McDonald
Every time I come to kia and have service done and the dealership has a promo on for a free item when you spend over 150$, it it never given to me. I mentioned it to Meghan when I came back to get my tires Torqued and she did give me an umbrella (my service was over $800).
