Dropped off on time, picked up 30 min earlier than expected.
We are having an issue with a popping noise coming from the brakes. The technician noted that he also heard the noise. The tires were rotated (not sure why) and the brakes inspected. Additionally the brake pedal spring was oiled. The noise has not decreased in any way. I would have thought standard procedure would be to check that the issue has been corrected before giving the vehicle back to the customer. what was to be an hour turned into hour and half
Pricing on maintenance is crazy especially considering it a 2018 vehicle. I have spent more in the last 10 months then I did with my 2015 Toyota in 3 years. Not even exaggerating one bit.
Identified much wear on tires. Appt. made to bring car in for replacements in few days. Routine check showed no other problems.
I am disappointed after the first service of my Kia Forte LX at Sherwood Kia. I pointed out to the service team members about a gap that has developed between the lining inside the rear trunk and the rear bumper. There clearly is a problem that needs to be addressed. But the team brushed it aside telling me that this was a part of the car's drainage system. Kia needs to look at this as a potential issue affecting this car model. I am not even going into other things with which I was not satisfied after this service.

I'm really not impressed with the fact that the invoice from the seat repair guys was attached to my bill and it showed they only charged $150 plus GST and yet you charged ME $199 plus GST just cause that's what they quoted four months ago! A quote vs. an actual charge sometimes vary and in this case it was to my advantage...I SHOULD HAVE only paid $157 for the seat repair cause it was done by an outside company...which had nothing to do with Sherwood KIA....so I'm NOT impressed at all right now for being OVERCHARGED!!!!
