I was dissatisfied with the wash job (bird poop and bugs still on exterior) on the car and that the interior was not vacuumed at all. My home dealer Castlegar KIA always does a great job of washing and vacuuming my car and I did expect the same level of service at Sherwood Park. I had great service from the lady I checked in with and paid and excellent service from the courtesy car driver.
When I got there at 1 pm for 1:15 pm appointment, I was told to wait in the waiting room as he is busy and alone. I don't know his name. Tanya Sherban saw me there and called me over, she prepared the document for the vehicle to get serviced. Service 1. The vehicle was ready at 3 pm. Thank you Tanya.
The guy Chris who helped me was amazing. But the service calling in was awful. One of the receptionists was rude and made it feel like I was an annoyance calling in to chose Kia to service my car when I could’ve went anywhere else. Once I was aware what the issue was with my car I needed to order a part in. Did not receive a call when it came in and called Kia a total of 5 times trying to figure out what the issue was and when I could get the car in. Was transferred and hung up on. The service has really gone downhill . Not happy at all with the service .things that were suppose to be fixed are not and promises are not kept. Had brakes checked and they didn't even put the caps on properly. What has happened over there
You did a schedule 2 maintenance on my 2016 Kia Soul. The person I dealt with was great....she explained everything before and after the service. The only thing I was disappointed with is the fact that at least one nut on each tire was so loose by the time we got back to Redwater that I am surprised they did not come off. Yes there was a note in the car to say pls check after 50 k of driving but I feel if they were all put on and tightened before I left I would not have had to fix when I got home.

Well so far not sure went in on a Saturday sat there all day found a vehicle . Then was told I would know Monday well had to fax pay stubs which is no big deal then found out Wednesday that the finance guy who I was dealing with went to Cuba and the vehicle I was looking is now sold . So over all not sure what to think . They are now trying to see if they can get me a brand new vehicle . They wrote up a purchasing agreement For the car . I signed it and thought either way I would have a vehicle by now .
When I have appointment at 1:45 and they tell me it will take a hour too complete service. I expect it to be ready in one hour. Also I do not like to be up sold for service, I know what I need. I am a retired millwright and have been driving for 60 years. Please
