As I was waiting for my vehicle, my oil change was done very quickly. Need a new air filter and was asked about it before it was replaced. Even got a car wash! Valerie was very pleasant and great to work with.

My car was ready about 30 minutes before the original time that was given to me. The only problem I had was when they washed my vehicle my trailer hitch cover that I had bought in ON in 2012 got broken. I was told that they would see if they could find a cover to replace it (Toronto Maple Leaf). That was on 15 Jan 19 and have not heard anything from them.

When I called to book in my car because I wasn't braking properly (sliding through intersections on snow/ice) I spoke with Valerie. I mentioned my car should still be under warranty. She said if it was nothing it would still cost me $49.95 just to get them checked. OK that sounded reasonable but even though I had to pay for new brake pads and a brake fluid change I ALSO got charged the $49.95. Brought in my car for Maintenance 2 service at 7:45 am, was told it would take 1.5 hours. Technicians start at 8 am. It was done by 9:20 am. I waited in the lounge, read the paper (supplied) and had excellent coffee from their coffee machine (free). Used their free wi-fi to check on my emails, etc. All work to be done was explained, and the service representative (Valerie Trevors)reviewed the final bill with me - all the results and future work that should be done later, and why.

When I booked my last service appointment, I was very clear which day I worked best for me and my schedule, the person I spoke to confirmed that it was the date I requested, however when I arrived the service staff said I didn't have an appointment and though said they would do their best, didn't take any ownership for their mistake. Made it seem like it was my mistake and I didn't appreciate it. It was a staff member who made the mistake, not me. Appointment for an oil change at 11:00 am came back at 12:15 pm and vehicle had been forgotten about. Was told it would only be a few minutes so question how thorough the oil change was. Complementary car wash was a disaster dirt just smeared all over. Took $25.00 the next day to get washed properly. After all the years dealing with Sherwood Kia very very disappointed!!

I was running 15 minutes late for the last appointment of the day and the crew and the staff where kind enough to wait around to work on my vehicle before they closed up. I'm very thankful they did that for me because the next morning I headed out on my long roadtrip to banff.

The check engine light was lit up in my Rondo. I made an appointment with Megan in the Service Dept. The actual fix required a part that was not in stock. I was told it was safe to continue driving. I have another appointment on my next weekday off (Dec 10) to have the part installed.
