The service has really gone downhill . Not happy at all with the service .things that were suppose to be fixed are not and promises are not kept. Had brakes checked and they didn't even put the caps on properly. What has happened over there
You did a schedule 2 maintenance on my 2016 Kia Soul. The person I dealt with was great....she explained everything before and after the service. The only thing I was disappointed with is the fact that at least one nut on each tire was so loose by the time we got back to Redwater that I am surprised they did not come off. Yes there was a note in the car to say pls check after 50 k of driving but I feel if they were all put on and tightened before I left I would not have had to fix when I got home.
Everything was fine.
Well so far not sure went in on a Saturday sat there all day found a vehicle . Then was told I would know Monday well had to fax pay stubs which is no big deal then found out Wednesday that the finance guy who I was dealing with went to Cuba and the vehicle I was looking is now sold . So over all not sure what to think . They are now trying to see if they can get me a brand new vehicle . They wrote up a purchasing agreement For the car . I signed it and thought either way I would have a vehicle by now .
When I have appointment at 1:45 and they tell me it will take a hour too complete service. I expect it to be ready in one hour. Also I do not like to be up sold for service, I know what I need. I am a retired millwright and have been driving for 60 years. Please
Had some extras installed on my vehicle. Was not told to bring in all my FOBs, the advisor looked at me as if to shame me for not knowing that. Wasn't told what to do for drop off and pick up so a lot of back and forth. When I went to pick up my vehicle again walking back and forth but the advisor was just sitting there knowing I had to see her. My experience buying the car was fantastic but the service part of the experience was poor in comparison.
The salesman saw too pushy and wore too much cologne. As I and many other people get headaches or worse reactions from strong perfumes and colognes, I would suggest exploring a scentless workplace policy. Sales manager on Saturday was polite and professional.
You will get a shitty customer service.They don’t stand behind the words, I should’ve have listen to my girlfriend when she warned me about that place,I recently picked up used suv on Monday&And the AC didn’t work on it so when i call them Trying to get the issue sorted out I get the runaround,Finally got a hold of somebody yesterday and now they won’t Look into through my car until early next week Thursday so basically there is no customer service stratification I will never do business with them and I don’t recommend thi... read more
