I recently had a situation with my KIA Sportage - lost all air coming into the cabin (no AC in the summer, no heat when it got cold). I went to my dealership, Sherwood KIA, and worked with a wonderful man in the service department. He provided reassurances, the best customer service I've ever received, and got my blower motor replaced in great time. I felt like a valued customer, for sure. I highly recommend not only buying a KIA (this is my second and I love them), but taking your vehicle to get serviced at Sherwood KIA.
