Sheldon in the service department at Kia Sherwood was phenomenal to work with. He managed to fit me into an appointment with relatively short notice as I live a couple hours from the city, he was sure to keep me up to date as they looked at my vehicle, he was very thorough explaining the issue(s) and he was quick to respond to my questions. I am very pleased with my experience and I would recommend Sherwood Kia to others. I will definitely return for future services. Thank you Sheldon for your honesty!

First time I have had service done here. Was treated very respectfully and everything was explained well. Rental car was arranged and paid for by the dealer as I had to leave the car for the day and overnight - this was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Service was completed in the time promised and bill was fully explained. In other words, they did what they promised in the time promised and helped me out by providing the rental.
