Service was great. There was no shortage of communication and the concern with the vehicle was dealt with promptly.
Sheldon was welcoming, friendly, and answered all of my questions. He went through everything with me after the work was done. I was fortunate to have two mechanics working on my vehicle so I was only there for an hour and a half.
I am always extremely satisfied with the customer service at Kia, the last visit being no exception. Thank you to Sheldon for treating me with respect and kindness, and explaining things clearly. Extra kudos to Sheldon for getting my car for me when I arrived to pick it up. I really appreciated that as I have a disability.
