Larry was so thorough plus thoughtful. I really appreciated the ride to a cafeteria as I use a cane and could not walk there. They Also picked me up. Thanks to Kelsey the driver. I really appreciated the time estimate which was accurate! As I live 35 minutes away. I bought my car from them 12 years ago and certainly would again.

Sheldon was welcoming, friendly, and answered all of my questions. He went through everything with me after the work was done. I was fortunate to have two mechanics working on my vehicle so I was only there for an hour and a half.
