Check In was outstanding. Sheldon was very sincere, polite and welcoming. He processed my arrival in good time. The oil change itself took much to long. A 20 minute job turned out to be 2 hours and 15 minutes long. Great job otherwise. Sheldon did a follow up and contacted me to assure me that was an isolated incident.

I was an expensive diagnostic to find out the idle could not be turned up and the window couldn’t be fixed unless we spent another $500. Would like to see repair costs shared a little with Kia when they shouldn’t be failing,
