I do like Sherwood Kia overall. This past visit was because I needed an alternator, I was told there would be an extra charge because they needed to move and drain an a/c line and then recharge the a/c. My husband went and researched, in which case every video and review for this repair he found said nothing about having to remove an a/c line. Eventually, they ended up not doing the extra step.
