First time I have had service done here. Was treated very respectfully and everything was explained well. Rental car was arranged and paid for by the dealer as I had to leave the car for the day and overnight - this was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Service was completed in the time promised and bill was fully explained. In other words, they did what they promised in the time promised and helped me out by providing the rental. Kia Sherwood did the job well for my car, service delivery was on time, and the staff are amazing, Sheldon professionally explains and respond to inquiries. Great service!
Check In was outstanding. Sheldon was very sincere, polite and welcoming. He processed my arrival in good time. The oil change itself took much to long. A 20 minute job turned out to be 2 hours and 15 minutes long. Great job otherwise. Sheldon did a follow up and contacted me to assure me that was an isolated incident.
Sheldon was the advisor that booked my car in. He explained the service my car would be getting, and answered all my questions fully.
I was an expensive diagnostic to find out the idle could not be turned up and the window couldn’t be fixed unless we spent another $500. Would like to see repair costs shared a little with Kia when they shouldn’t be failing,
