I do like Sherwood Kia overall. This past visit was because I needed an alternator, I was told there would be an extra charge because they needed to move and drain an a/c line and then recharge the a/c. My husband went and researched, in which case every video and review for this repair he found said nothing about having to remove an a/c line. Eventually, they ended up not doing the extra step. As always the team greeted me politely and put me through the process quickly. After my oil change I was told I needed an air filter but they were waiting for restock and would call me when it came in. I just got in my car and ready to drive away when they called me and said the truck just came in with the filter. They installed it immediately. Fantastic customer service.

It was easy booking the appointment and I was taken care of as soon as I arrived. KIA finished the work in under 2 hours and they kept me appraised of the progress. Sheldon was great to work with and kept me informed. Very kind person. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Kia.
