I came in without an appointment. My friend had opened my sun roof and we couldn't close it January 27 th.The lady at the service desk, sorry I forgot her name kindly told me that they were fully booked but they would try to squeeze me in. I drove into the service bay. Lori took my info and in just over an hour i drove out with my lid closed my tires checked and my washer fluid topped. Thank you thank you thank you. 😊 Best service ever!Â

My car was on for a recall. Left it the night before and it snowed. The car was obviously brought in to do the work. Unfortunately, the car was then put back out on the 30 below temperatures without being cleared of remaining melted snow on the car. Results were I had to spend 15 minutes scraping windows in the 30 below temperatures when I picked it up. All I had with me at the time were my driving gloves.
