The staff is extremely courteous, and respectful. Hats off to Lauri Hanlan, with whom I had most of the contact and conversations with. She was very patient, making sure I knew exactly what was my vehicle issues, and my concerns, walking me through every process. Lauri is very professional and has great knowledge of any Kia vehicles. A very good experience.
Had some repairs following an accident. Also had an oil change at the same time. We are satisfied with the service and quality of the repairs.
