I came in without an appointment. My friend had opened my sun roof and we couldn't close it January 27 th.The lady at the service desk, sorry I forgot her name kindly told me that they were fully booked but they would try to squeeze me in. I drove into the service bay. Lori took my info and in just over an hour i drove out with my lid closed my tires checked and my washer fluid topped.
