RecommendedIf I could give 10 stars I would. Dr. Bertino and her staff have always gone above and beyond to care for and all of my family's pets. The facility is always very clean/inviting and every single person on staff is friendly and helpful.
It is sad what people feel they can put out there on social media these days, with the intention of hurting others. I have been using Dr. Bertino since we moved to Billings, and know how caring and competent the entire staff is. I trust them with my pets, and will continue to. All my neighbors use them also. I had to put my cat to sleep, and after given all my options, they left the final decision up to me, which I'm sure they did in this case also. My dogs and cats have been seeing Dr. Bertino for years and she has been very good to them, and I think very highly of her (my oldest dog is 8 and she has been going there since she was a tiny puppy). A story amongst MANY stories that I have with how they have helped me at Shiloh: my male pug had a reaction to something and had his eyes swelling and the whites were filling with blood, while I was rushing him to Moore Lane emergency, Dr. Bertino was calling me from the top of a mountain (it was her day off) and telling me he ... read more

Shiloh Vet has always been good to me. I take my pets to Dr. Cook, time and time again she has done amazing things with them. I have a 14yr Pekingese with a heart murmur. He had a lump in his mouth that needed to be looked at, but it couldn't get done without him being anesthetized. Dr Cook walked me through everything she was doing, she explained everything to me in a way that I could understand it. She explained to me that it was risky, but she felt it was the best option. I have 2 saint Bernard and a border collie and shilo has always been good to me. There is nobody that cares more about animals than I do. I trust these people with my dogs and you should to.
