My animals mean the world to me and I expect nothing less than stellar service when it comes to their care. Dr. Bertino and her staff have cared for my animals since they were babies. Even through the treatment of our Moose who was taken by cancer Shiloh did everything to ensure his comfort, care and life was peaceful and as pain free as possible. We've been going to Shiloh Vet since we initially adopted our first lab as a tiny pup (8ish years ago). I've sung their praises many times - parvo scare with one dog (they called us late at night with the negative result - what a relief!), cast on a broken toe for another... but in general, it's always boiled down to the fact that I feel as though they understand that our dogs are our family, and love them too. A doc kissing my pup on the head says a lot, if you ask me. :)
I have taken my dogs here since moving here 8 years ago. Last summer my dog was playing with another dog and had a piece of his ear ripped open and off. Without a call I rushed Ty covered in blood through their doors and they took him from my arms and fixed him up, in fact he was home that night. They were caring, compassionate, understanding, and kept me completely up to speed for the whole process. I wouldn't dream of taking my little guys anywhere else and am grateful to this day for that experience.

We have used Shilo Vet for all 5 of our dogs, over many years. Ours dogs have received nothing but the best care and as pet owners we have received the same. The staff have always demonstrated empathy, honesty, respect and a deep love for animals.
